Trumpet Mobile Service Activation

If you purchased your phone from Walgreens® you may call Trumpet Mobile Customer Care at 1-877-TRUMPET from your Trumpet Mobile phone or any phone other than your Trumpet Mobile phone to activate your phone.

Trumpet Mobile Customer Care representatives are available anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. CST, Monday through Friday (Saturday 8am-8pm, Sunday 10am-7pm), to assist you with activating your phone. The instructions below will help you through the activation process:

1. To set up your account, you will need to provide your name and ZIP code.
2. Locate your Electronic Serial Number (ESN) by removing the phone from the box and removing the battery cover from the phone. The ESN is located near the bar code.
3. The next step is to decide if you want a Family/Group or Individual Plan. See the plans page for more information about these options.
